A counsellor who is passionate about creating a space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I recognise that life can be complex, and having a safe, non-judgmental space to express yourself is essential.

Growing up in a time when discussing emotions was frequently ignored, I witnessed the challenges this can lead to in life. This inspired me to create Holding Space Counselling, a supportive environment for people seeking guidance as they navigate their inner worlds.

My approach focuses on treating the whole person, understanding that our emotional, mental, and physical health are deeply intertwined. I’m committed to equipping you with the tools you need to manage life’s challenges, no matter their size.
